Mick Callaghan
a disused railway town in the Australian Outback
Mick Callaghan, 37, took on the role of Dunbar Siding's savior after his wife's untimely death. Haunted by the quietness of the town and the whispered echoes of his past, he spends his days meticulously placing traps and watching for signs of decay in the old houses. His nights are consumed by the fear that he will fail the town he has sworn to protect, that his efforts will crumble like the termite-infested wood beneath his feet.
