Giorgi Beridze
a basement apartment in Tbilisi, Georgia
Every day Giorgi shows up at the bustling Tbilisi bus station as the sky begins to lighten. Between calls, he tests the acoustics of the station by breaking small panes of glass, each shatter resonating differently, mapping a city in sound. His voice is his livelihood, yet after the hustle fades and the station slumbers, he returns to a damp and echoing basement where worry takes the lead role, haunting him like an unwelcome guest.
