Choi Eun-soo
a shipping container yard in Busan, South Korea
Choi Eun-soo grew up near Busan’s port, captivated by the ocean’s constant reshaping of the shore. The rough textures of sand and fishing nets were her playground, and her fascination with the sea led her to find beauty in the discarded and the broken. She opened her taxidermy workshop with little more than a box of tools and salvaged shipping container—an act of resilience against the advancing tides, both literal and financial.
